What you will do

• Manage IT hardware assets and maintain an accurate inventory of assigned equipment.
• Prepare and deploy laptops and peripherals according to company standards.
• Provide daily onsite and remote IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and perform routine maintenance of IT equipment.
• Coordinate hardware repairs and warranty services with external vendors.
• Track and resolve IT incidents and service requests via a ticket system.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of computer hardware architecture and hands-on experience in PC assembly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
• English: Minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
• Minimum of secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work fully on-site in Bielsko-Biała.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of networking (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Experience with Active Directory or Google Workspace administration.
• Awareness of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, Proxmox) and server OS (Linux, Windows Server).
• Introductory knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
• Category B driving license.
