TL;DR
Sr. Manager, Learning & Content (Fintech/L&D): Leading the learning and development function for Member Success and Operations with an accent on knowledge governance and AI-ready content structures. Focus on building scalable enablement programs, optimizing knowledge retrieval for LLMs, and managing content for both human agents and AI systems.
Location: Remote within the United States (except Hawaii)
Salary: $158K – $204K + Equity

What you will do
- Lead the learning strategy and operating rhythm for Member Success and Operations, covering onboarding and continuing education.
- Develop scalable enablement programs for product launches, policy updates, and operational changes.
- Govern member-facing and agent-facing content across help centers, chatbots, IVR scripts, and internal documentation.
- Optimize knowledge architecture for AI systems using semantic tagging, metadata standards, and retrieval optimization.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and BPO leadership to align training with operational timelines.
- Coach and develop the L&D team while improving long-term knowledge management practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, enablement, or knowledge management.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Experience supporting large-scale contact center operations and outsourced BPO environments.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams, including senior individual contributors.
- Strong instructional design expertise across simulations, microlearning, and competency-based enablement.
- Experience managing multi-channel support content and improving knowledge bases or LMS platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting generative AI assistants or conversational AI products.
- Background in fintech, banking, or other heavily regulated environments.
- Experience collaborating with data science or ML teams to improve AI performance via content systems.
- History of leading enablement through major regulatory changes or product launches.
