What you will do

• Modernize collaboration, service management, and engineering workflows for enterprise clients using the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Deliver cloud migrations, process transformations, and large-scale enterprise tool implementations.
• Lead discovery workshops to define business outcomes, tool architecture, and process alignment.
• Configure Atlassian products, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, alongside Marketplace applications.
• Develop training and enablement materials to ensure long-term platform adoption.
• Manage multiple parallel client engagements and balance stakeholder priorities.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Proven success in delivering cloud migrations and SaaS platform configurations.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Must be based in France.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations and app assessments.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience with Atlassian Guard, Atlassian Intelligence, and Rovo agents.
• Scripting skills using Groovy, Python, or REST APIs.
• Experience integrating CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.
