What you will do

• Maintain and update Salesforce data, ensuring required fields and records are complete and accurate.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies in system records to improve overall data quality.
• Support Sales teams with the completion of merchant applications and necessary documentation.
• Review application packages for completeness prior to submission to Underwriting.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admin teams on basic system updates and administrative tasks.
• Develop and update internal support guides and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
• Must be able to work in the Lenexa, KS office 3 days per week.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn payment industry processes.

Nice to have

• Experience or internship in operations or administrative support.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools.
