What you will do

  • Own end-to-end revenue performance, including new logo acquisition, account expansion, and partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Execute a disciplined sales strategy to drive predictable growth across complex 12-18 month sales cycles.
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales team, establishing performance standards, quotas, and coaching cadences.
  • Professionalize and expand the referral and partner ecosystem as a core growth channel.
  • Partner with the CRO, CEO, and Product teams to align sales strategy with broader growth objectives.
  • Champion CRM excellence using Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, or banking technology.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to consistently exceed revenue targets in enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in managing long-cycle (12-18 months) non-linear sales motions.
  • Deep understanding of community banking, financial services, or adjacent regulated markets.
  • Must be based in the United States.
