What you will do
- Own end-to-end revenue performance, including new logo acquisition, account expansion, and partner-sourced opportunities.
- Execute a disciplined sales strategy to drive predictable growth across complex 12-18 month sales cycles.
- Build and scale a high-performing sales team, establishing performance standards, quotas, and coaching cadences.
- Professionalize and expand the referral and partner ecosystem as a core growth channel.
- Partner with the CRO, CEO, and Product teams to align sales strategy with broader growth objectives.
- Champion CRM excellence using Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in SaaS, fintech, or banking technology.
- Proven track record of leading teams to consistently exceed revenue targets in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in managing long-cycle (12-18 months) non-linear sales motions.
- Deep understanding of community banking, financial services, or adjacent regulated markets.
- Must be based in the United States.
