What you will do
- Develop account plans to increase order value and frequency and expand supplier categories.
- Identify and act on opportunities for customers to expand platform usage across departments.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and deliver tailored training for immediate value.
- Monitor GMV and net revenue, leading regular Business Reviews using data-driven storytelling.
- Track satisfaction, retention, and growth KPIs to proactively mitigate account risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and E-Procurement Consulting to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or customer success.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or e-procurement.
- Strong communication skills for audiences ranging from procurement contacts to senior leadership.
- Ability to track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
- Professional proficiency in maintaining CRM records.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and take full ownership of customer issues.
