TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Manager (SaaS): Driving net new business and expanding existing customer relationships within the Enterprise segment with an accent on complex deal cycles and multi-layer stakeholder management. Focus on uncovering greenfield opportunities, articulating the value of intelligent content management, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Location: Hybrid role, requires working from an assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Source and close net new logos within a designated Enterprise territory.
  • Research and analyze customer business challenges to effectively position the value proposition.
  • Influence and drive the sales process while navigating complex, multi-layer stakeholder environments.
  • Exercise professional judgment in selecting methodologies and evaluation criteria for deals.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to advance opportunities and ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technology and product offerings.
  • Clear examples of closing complex deals and managing a structured sales process.
  • Experience in building professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales environments.
