What you will do
- Self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting and proactive account research.
- Own territory strategy and consistently achieve annual revenue quotas.
- Conduct structured discovery and consultative sales processes for mid-market companies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and SDR teams to optimize GTM strategy and positioning.
- Manage the seamless handover of closed deals to the Customer Success team.
- Provide frontline insights on ICP and objections to refine the sales playbook.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of self-sourcing deals.
- Native Dutch and fluent English proficiency.
- Experience selling to mid-market companies and navigating complex buying committees.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in using AI tools to drive results.
- Experience hitting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas consistently.
Nice to have
- Domain expertise in HR tech, fintech, T&E, or ERP.
- Experience working within European SaaS scale-ups.
- Multi-country sales experience.
