Product Director (Payments & Regulatory)

TL;DR

Product Director (Web3 Payments): Driving the payments and regulatory product vertical, including stablecoin payments and fiat on/off ramps, with an accent on global regulatory compliance and merchant integration. What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for stablecoin payments, fiat on/off ramps, merchant payment gateways, and cross-border payments.
• Translate global regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product decisions without sacrificing user experience.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to anticipate and proactively build for regulatory shifts across key jurisdictions.
• Collaborate directly with merchants and payment partners to identify integration needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and business development on roadmap priorities, GTM timelines, and revenue delivery.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch, iteration, and scaling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or crypto.
• Deep understanding of payments infrastructure, including card networks (Visa/Mastercard), stablecoins, and fiat rails.
• Hands-on experience navigating financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to lead and grow a product team in a fast-moving, decentralized environment.
• Strong track record of working with merchants or payment partners in an external-facing capacity.
• Must have the right to work for the country you are based in.
