What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for crypto initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Translate crypto strategy into an executable roadmap prioritized by commercial impact and regulatory obligations.
• Lead the selection and integration of third-party crypto infrastructure vendors, including custodians and liquidity providers.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to AML, KYT, and Travel Rule requirements.
• Manage the product backlog in an agile framework, balancing new features with system reliability.
• Track product performance post-launch and drive data-informed improvements.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in crypto or digital assets.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and the crypto product landscape.
• Experience with crypto-specific compliance frameworks like MiCA and AML/KYT.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, brokerage, or other regulated high-risk environments.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
