What you will do

  • Architect and execute territory and account plans to exceed multi-million dollar sales targets, focusing on new business acquisition and expansion.
  • Lead proactive pipeline management, providing insights and strategic guidance to sales leadership.
  • Develop a profound understanding of customers' IT architectures and align hirify.global Reference Architectures to customer environments.
  • Orchestrate and manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously, connecting disparate needs to strengthen hirify.global's platform sale.
  • Act as an authority on digital transformation, positioning hirify.global as a critical enabler of these transformations.
  • Build long-term, executive-level strategic relationships, ensuring deep customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling complex technology solutions in a B2B enterprise model, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar quota targets.
  • Deep expertise in Cloud Networking, Security, and Edge Computing technologies.
  • Proven ability to understand complex customer IT architectures and map them to hirify.global Reference Architectures.
  • Demonstrated success leading virtual cross-functional teams to drive complex deals to closure.
  • Exceptional strategic communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a technical background preferred.
