What you will do

• Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery and presentations to RFP responses and contract negotiations.
• Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to deliver wins.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales hygiene within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must be based in Massachusetts, USA
• Proven experience in enterprise sales and managing complex sales cycles.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and act as a quarterback for sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in understanding and presenting value propositions against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Strong communication skills for discovery calls and stakeholder management.
