TL;DR
Senior Commercial Account Executive (SaaS): Driving growth and expanding business within existing customer accounts in the West region with an accent on consultative sales and value articulation. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demos to complex negotiations and pipeline management in Salesforce.
Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $200,000–$220,000 OTE

What you will do
- Identify and nurture expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, demos, and negotiations.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Articulate the value proposition of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise stacks.
- Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their observability needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of consistent goal achievement in competitive environments.
- Strong communication skills for building relationships in person and virtually.
- Experience managing sales pipelines using Salesforce.
- Adaptability to high-velocity technology company environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with open-source technology.
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies.
