What you will do

• Match and submit qualified Physician and APP candidates to reduce time-to-start.
• Market candidate profiles across open roles and client systems using internal tools and LinkedIn.
• Identify key decision-makers within hospital systems and conduct outreach to grow the pipeline.
• Perform market intelligence research on healthcare organizational structures and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify opportunities and acquire new contracts.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in San Diego, CA.
• Minimum of 2+ years of success in a sales or metrics-driven role.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience in sales or staffing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
