Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $72K – $85K OTE

What you will do

  • Execute product marketing systems including ICP definitions, buyer journey frameworks, and positioning architecture.
  • Manage end-to-end product launches, including milestone planning, sales enablement, and post-launch reporting.
  • Conduct customer interviews and competitive analysis to refine personas and inform market trends.
  • Create high-impact marketing assets such as website content, landing pages, and ad creatives.
  • Build sales enablement tools including pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, and demo scripts.
  • Drive customer advocacy initiatives and the Voice of the Industry (VoI) program to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product marketing.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency in Claude or other comparable AI tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com.
