Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

What you will do
- Create campaigns to communicate ROI, increase feature adoption, and educate merchants on best practices.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, Merchant Success, and RevOps for alignment on messaging and automation.
- Produce multi-channel content including emails, landing pages, direct mail, and webinars.
- Drive attendance and follow-up strategies for in-person customer events.
- Develop customer journey programs to recognize and celebrate key milestones.
- Track and report on campaign impact regarding NDR and renewal rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS startup.
- 2+ years specifically in a customer marketing role.
- Proficiency in email marketing, list segmentation, Hubspot, and Pendo.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows.

- Experience with Shopify and the ecommerce post-purchase ecosystem.
