What you will do

• Manage cross-functional marketing projects and coordinate production delivery, including milestone planning, scope management, and risk tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain product identity, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Oversee the creative development of promotional materials to ensure alignment with product vision and player resonance.
• Manage external production and collaborate with creative and production agencies.
• Work with the Dev Team to translate in-game events and product updates into actionable marketing roadmaps.
• Perform proactive risk management to identify and mitigate problems before they escalate.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing project management or brand management.
• Deep understanding of the gaming industry, current trends, and target audience preferences.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing and brand campaigns.
• Strong practical knowledge of Jira, including configuring boards, epics, sprints, and automations.
• Experience coordinating cross-discipline teams and working with briefs to present product ideas and results.
• Very good command of English.
