What you will do
- Manage People Experience & Culture projects end-to-end, including planning, roadmaps, timelines, and delivery.
- Build and maintain Jira workflows, trackers, documentation, decision logs, and status updates as a single source of truth.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and other teams.
- Facilitate meetings, translate discussions into action items with ownership and deadlines.
- Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years in project management, program management, operations, or similar.
- Fluent Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Experience in People/HR, Employee Experience, Internal Comms, or Business Operations.
- Strong hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking methodologies.
- Proven cross-functional project management with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent structure, organization, written communication, and ownership in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Employee Lifecycle or Customer Experience initiatives (onboarding, engagement, offboarding).
- Work in international product or IT companies.
- Familiarity with HR tech implementation or process optimization.
