What you will do

• Lead end-to-end projects and program streams within editorial and business transformation initiatives.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and strategic objectives.
• Perform advanced business analysis to identify needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities in editorial processes.
• Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with editorial strategy and organizational goals.
• Standardize project and process documentation and coordinate resource planning.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across various functions and regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects and programs in parallel.
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Poland and able to work hybrid in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or implementing editorial tools and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of digital and print publishing processes.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Miro or Draw.io.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
