What you will do

• Drive the delivery of complex technical features across Web, iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to refine strategy and technical roadmaps.
• Manage project lifecycles using a hybrid Scrum/Agile/Kanban process.
• Translate product vision into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Oversee projects involving AI and Machine Learning to navigate technical challenges.
• Identify dependencies and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Lead Engineer in a product-driven company.
• Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with developers.
• Experience managing multi-platform product development.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and ability to adapt them to creative environments.
• English level: B2 required.
• Must be based in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience or deep theoretical knowledge in AI/ML.
• Knowledge of the Russian language.
