TL;DR

Project Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing projects focused on adapting the organization to regulatory requirements and ensuring consistent execution across business and technology areas with an accent on compliance and IT security. Focus on coordinating cross-functional workstreams, managing vendors, and reporting progress to IT executives.

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) – 2 days in the office per week

What you will do

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure consistency across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage communication with vendors, organize meetings, and monitor delivery progress.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, monitor task execution, and track dependencies.
  • Generate regular project status reports and present them to IT executives.
  • Identify and manage project risks and coordinate change requests according to methodology.
  • Maintain project documentation and coordinate communication between business, IT, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of end-to-end project management experience, ideally in organizational or compliance initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple organizational areas.
  • Fundamental understanding of compliance, risk management, or IT security topics.
  • Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Must be based in Warsaw for hybrid work (2 days/week in office).
  • Ability to read and work with technical documentation in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulatory initiatives related to cybersecurity (e.g., DORA, NIS2, or KSC).
  • Experience working with regulatory documentation, audits, and implementations.
