Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager: Managing and coordinating cross-functional projects focused on regulatory compliance and organizational adaptation with an accent on risk management, stakeholder communication, and project governance. Focus on ensuring consistent execution across business and technology areas, preparing reports for IT executives, and managing project risks and changes.

Location: Warsaw, hybrid (2 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Complete formal project continuation processes following project methodology
• Coordinate project activities and ensure consistency across workstreams
• Maintain communication with vendors and organize meetings
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, monitor task execution and dependencies
• Prepare regular project status reports and present to IT executives
• Identify and manage project risks and coordinate change requests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end project management experience, preferably in organizational or compliance-related initiatives
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Warsaw
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple organizational areas
• Understanding of compliance, risk management, or IT security topics
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to read and work with technical documentation in English

Nice to have

• Experience in regulatory initiatives related to cybersecurity
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation, audits, and implementations (e.g., DORA, NIS2, KSC)
