Sr. Strategic Partner Account Manager (SaaS/HR Tech): Managing a portfolio of high-impact partners and driving joint GTM opportunities to expand integration adoption and lead generation with an accent on strategic growth and relationship management. Focus on coordinating cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, and Sales to maximize partner-sourced revenue.
Location: Remote: Must be based in one of the following US states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

What you will do
- Grow relationships with top Referral & Channel partners through joint GTM opportunities and strategic alignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, liaising between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including lead conversion and revenue influence.
- Identify high-potential partners for strategic progression and co-selling motions.
- Coordinate with partner sales personnel to maximize referrals and lead generation.
- Enable partners to cross-sell and up-sell products by understanding business needs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or strategic alliances within SaaS or HR tech.
- Must be based in one of the listed US states (AZ, FL, GA, ID, NE, NC, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).
- Proven experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and reporting for partner-influenced revenue.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence cross-departmental decisions.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and provide structure to complex partner environments.
- Must pass background and credit checks.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with partner tiering models and co-sell frameworks.
- Experience with CRM/PRM platforms such as Salesforce, Crossbeam, Euler, or AppDirect.
- Ability to communicate ROI to leadership using data-informed strategies.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS integration ecosystem.
