SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Driving growth in the Small and Medium Business segment by managing a portfolio of accounts and converting new opportunities with an accent on expansion and strategic account management. Focus on executing the full sales cycle, utilizing product-led growth motions, and leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland). Must be based in Dublin with office attendance required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Compensation: OTE €103,000 - €112,000 (Base salary €56,650 - €61,600 + incentives)

What you will do
- Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB accounts, balancing retention, adoption, and new revenue opportunities.
- Drive product engagement and identify expansion opportunities to increase ARR.
- Execute the full sales cycle from discovery and solution mapping to negotiating commercial terms and closing.
- Run persona-based and vertical-specific outbound motions targeting self-serve and white-space accounts.
- Qualify and close inbound opportunities generated by marketing and SDR teams.
- Maintain precise weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- 1+ years of closing experience in high-velocity sales or strong Sales Development experience with quota attainment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and clearly articulate value propositions.
- Must be based in Dublin to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
