TL;DR

Manager, Relationship Managers (SMB) (AI): Leading and scaling a team of Relationship Managers to drive adoption of AI-driven customer agent capabilities with an accent on consultative selling and revenue growth. Focus on coaching early-career talent, implementing sales rigor, and aligning AI capabilities with customer business outcomes.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (must be in the office at least three days per week)

Salary: $275,000 - $320,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and coach a team of Relationship Managers across the Small Business / Scale segment.
  • Own the team's revenue targets, with accountability for renewals, expansion, and pipeline generation.
  • Establish strong forecasting discipline, deal inspection, and operational rigor at scale.
  • Coach reps to articulate the business impact of AI, focusing on efficiency, scale, and customer experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Enablement, and Marketing to shape AI-driven go-to-market changes.
  • Maintain consistent CRM hygiene and adherence to sales processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions in a quota-carrying environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing revenue-owning individual contributors.
  • Strong coaching skills, particularly with early-career sellers.
  • Ability to forecast, inspect deals, and operate with rigor at scale.
  • Comfort leading teams through change in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Small Business, Scale, or Commercial sales motions.
  • Exposure to selling technical or AI-enabled products.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Experience helping customers adopt new technology.
