What you will do

• Manage the entire sales process from identifying potential customers to closing deals.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to demonstrate the value of hirify.global.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a strong network.
• Work with marketing and customer success to qualify leads and maximize sales potential.
• Understand customer challenges and develop customized solutions.
• Track sales metrics and contribute ideas to develop sales strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS sales, ideally in a procurement or supply chain environment.
• Proven success in new B2B customer business (mid-market/enterprise).
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical flair for customer needs and a hunter mindset.
• English at native speaker level
