Salary: Up to $135,000 OTE

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth within an assigned Commercial portfolio by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention targets.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, address client needs, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Conduct regular account health reviews to communicate value and outline growth strategies.
- Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts to leadership.
- Act as a passionate product advocate and conduit for customer feedback to the Product team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing the full renewal cycle.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Gong.
- Excellent communication skills with experience conducting effective virtual and in-person client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across diverse, distributed teams.
