TL;DR
Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing existing customer accounts for a cloud-based content management platform with an accent on expansion revenue and outbound pipeline generation. Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid/Remote-friendly, office in Lehi, Utah)
Salary: $75,000 + Variable

What you will do
- Proactively manage and grow a large book of existing customer accounts to drive expansion revenue.
- Generate your own pipeline through outbound activity, including calls and emails, without reliance on BDR support.
- Run discovery conversations with customers to uncover business needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle within assigned accounts, from initial outreach through closing.
- Maintain consistent activity and pipeline management within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Experience managing and growing existing accounts with a focus on revenue expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through independent outbound efforts.
- Comfort with high activity levels, including frequent calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Strong discovery and qualification skills.
- Work authorization and residency in the United States.
Nice to have
- Proven track record of expanding revenue within a specific book of business.
- Experience selling into legal or professional services firms.
- History of self-sourcing opportunities and running independent discovery.
