Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing existing customer accounts for a cloud-based content management platform with an accent on expansion revenue and outbound pipeline generation. Focus on conducting discovery conversations, identifying upsell opportunities, and owning the full sales cycle independently.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid/Remote-friendly, office in Lehi, Utah)

Salary: $75,000 + Variable

What you will do

  • Proactively manage and grow a large book of existing customer accounts to drive expansion revenue.
  • Generate your own pipeline through outbound activity, including calls and emails, without reliance on BDR support.
  • Run discovery conversations with customers to uncover business needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle within assigned accounts, from initial outreach through closing.
  • Maintain consistent activity and pipeline management within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing existing accounts with a focus on revenue expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through independent outbound efforts.
  • Comfort with high activity levels, including frequent calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills.
  • Work authorization and residency in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of expanding revenue within a specific book of business.
  • Experience selling into legal or professional services firms.
  • History of self-sourcing opportunities and running independent discovery.
