What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve client goals.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders such as CTOs and CIOs.
  • Position LMS and VCMS solutions as critical enablers for clients' operational and financial objectives.
  • Identify and lead high-impact upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating complex, high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer challenges and advocate for client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or SaaS Technology (MBA highly preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales with multi-million dollar accounts.
  • Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Video Content Management Systems (VCMS).
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for C-suite interaction.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Enterprise Edition and Customer Success platforms.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working for an LMS or VCMS provider.
  • Documented success in navigating complex procurement processes within commercial and enterprise organizations.
