What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve client goals.
- Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders such as CTOs and CIOs.
- Position LMS and VCMS solutions as critical enablers for clients' operational and financial objectives.
- Identify and lead high-impact upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating complex, high-value contracts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer challenges and advocate for client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or SaaS Technology (MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales with multi-million dollar accounts.
- Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Video Content Management Systems (VCMS).
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for C-suite interaction.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Enterprise Edition and Customer Success platforms.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Prior experience working for an LMS or VCMS provider.
