Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 base + $30,000 commission

What you will do
- Maintain and grow a book of business valued between $3M and $4M.
- Drive client retention and lead the renewal process to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
- Develop C-suite relationships and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
- Create and deliver business reviews and proposals during quarterly touch points.
- Collaborate with CSMs, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance onboarding and product feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in SaaS account management.
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals in a SaaS environment.
- Experience selling Professional Services alongside SaaS subscriptions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for navigating large organizations.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Washington, DC.
