What you will do

• Build and maintain hospital, professional, and ASC contracts within the Epic system.
• Manage underpayment accounts receivable for assigned payors to ensure successful recovery.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance teams on contract building and analysis requests.
• Assist in performing reimbursement impact analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial results, operational metrics, and clinical outcomes to provide business insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet established deadlines.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience in finance, contracting, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and interpret complex financial results.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Minnesota.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Epic Expected Reimbursement Contracts Certification.
• Experience with hospital, physician, and ASC contracts.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
