Commercial Finance Analyst (Finance): Developing and analyzing competitive proposals, budgets, and client bid grids for pharmaceutical and biotech projects with an accent on RFP/RFI interpretation and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in Serbia, Croatia, North Macedonia, or Bosnia & Herzegovina. Hybrid work is encouraged for those near office locations.

What you will do

• Interpret RFP and RFI requirements to develop accurate proposal text and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the proposal development team to finalize client-facing documents.
• Lead strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and resolve information discrepancies.
• Perform quality control edits on all proposals to ensure alignment with client specifications.
• Maintain corporate databases and tracking reports with accurate project information.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide coaching or mentoring to new staff members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Serbia, Croatia, North Macedonia, or Bosnia & Herzegovina.
• Degree level education or equivalent.
• Previous work experience within a Contract Research Organisation (CRO).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proven experience in project management and proposal management.
