What you will do

• Perform detailed audits of invoices to ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
• Review high-volume transactional data to identify discrepancies, errors, or non-compliant charges.
• Analyze, clean, and reconcile large datasets using advanced Excel functions.
• Support financial forecasting processes and maintain Excel-based financial models.
• Identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency and standardize repeatable data workflows.
• Partner with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and track findings.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in financial analysis, audit, or similar roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH) are critical.
• Experience working with large, unorganized datasets.
• Strong attention to detail for performing repetitive analysis with high accuracy.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with invoice auditing, compliance checks, or reconciliation work.
• Exposure to forecasting or basic FP&A processes.
• Experience in healthcare or other high-volume operational environments.
