Salary: $58,900 - $88,400 USD Annual

What you will do

• Calculate, monitor, and analyze lift adjustments to determine incremental revenue generated.
• Administer commission compensation according to documented plans to ensure timely and accurate payment.
• Perform monthly accounting reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Maintain and adjust source data from Salesforce to ensure accurate commissionable amounts.
• Collaborate with the Commissions team and Sales organization to interpret sales plans.
• Research and resolve commission compensation issues and calculate referral partner commissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or accounting.
• Must be based in the US MN Minneapolis Office.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial compliance, and knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficient to advanced level of competency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of systems and automation.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with sales commissions.
• Previous experience with Xactly Incent.
