What you will do

• Participate in and prepare for discovery calls with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate due diligence and security processes for new marketplace partnerships.
• Maintain and update prospect and partner tracking systems and status reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams to support partner integration efforts.
• Assist in researching market trends to identify future partnership opportunities.
• Support cross-functional projects and ad-hoc requests to drive marketplace growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree or up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales support, or partnerships.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HCM, payroll, or benefits industry.
• Prior experience with hirify.global HCM software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Asana.
• Exposure to contract and vendor documentation.
