What you will do

  • Drive strategic revenue growth across Public Sector partners, including GSI, Regional SIs, VARs, and Distribution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Programs to capitalize on cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and partners across sales, marketing, and professional services.
  • Develop and execute strategies for emerging partners to integrate into the ecosystem for long-term growth.
  • Create and manage the pipeline for partner-led sales to consistently meet revenue and satisfaction targets.
  • Lead contract strategy discussions and partner selection in alignment with Federal and SLED leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working with 2-tier distribution and channel partners.
  • Strong track record of building and executing partner enablement and go-to-market strategies.
  • Deep expertise in Public Sector procurement cycles and COTS Software contract vehicles.
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. for business reviews, conferences, and meetings.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
