TL;DR

Partner Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing end-to-end relationships with high-value accounting firms to drive platform adoption and ensure a premium experience with an accent on strategic partnership, retention, and product integration. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving complex accounting workflows, and translating partner feedback into product roadmap insights.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office). Must be based in Atlanta, Mountain View, Plano, or San Diego

Salary: $114,000 – $191,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a dedicated strategic partner for high-value accounting firms to maximize platform utilization.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey from implementation to renewal.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to resolve partner issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and proactive outreach to monitor and ensure firm health.
  • Educate partners on platform features and best practices to extract maximum value.
  • Analyze success metrics and translate recurring pain points into actionable product roadmap insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B partner engagement.
  • 1+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS, cloud-based enterprise solutions, or financial management platforms.
  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA; Mountain View, CA; Plano, TX; or San Diego, CA.
  • Proficiency in customer success tools such as Salesforce and Quickbase.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to partner sites.

Nice to have

  • Accounting or bookkeeping courses or certifications.
  • Experience working within a mid-market environment.
