Sales Support Specialist (Fintech): Providing operational support to the Americas Sales Team by managing the full sales lifecycle, processing orders, and coordinating between internal departments. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York City, NY (Hybrid position).
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage sales operations including raising opportunities, decommissions, and MACD requests.
- Coordinate with legal and sales operations to process sales orders and agreements.
- Resolve client billing queries through collaboration with Billing Operations.
- Track sales orders, MSAs, NDAs, and amendments while maintaining status updates.
- Support RFP, due diligence, and compliance processes by managing client questionnaires.
- Assist with new client onboarding, including third-party forms and sanction checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
- 5+ years of relevant sales operations experience in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
