Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $140,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide partnership and alliance strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic partners to expand market reach and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Manage high-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at partner organizations and enterprise clients.
  • Own revenue outcomes tied to partnerships, including pipeline development and complex deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to prioritize and enable partner integrations.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing business development and partnerships team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances.
  • Proven success leading complex partnerships in benefits administration, HR tech, or insurance.
  • Experience defining and operationalizing enterprise-wide partnership strategies and governance models.
  • Expertise in building structured partner ecosystems, such as carriers, payroll providers, and brokers.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platform integration dependencies and scaling challenges.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling ecosystems in high-growth technology organizations.
  • Prior leadership of senior-level alliance teams.
  • Direct experience with HR technology platforms.
