What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new mid-market to enterprise accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Manage the full sales cycle for General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Owners.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Deliver customized demos and ROI-driven solutions to stakeholders up to the C-suite.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and growth.
- Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise B2B sales, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and demonstrating software.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools such as ZoomInfo and Outreach.
- Ability to travel as required for the role.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS products specifically in the ConTech industry.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
