Salary: £71,050–£101,500 OTE per year

What you will do
- Lead high-stakes technical discovery and deliver tailored product demonstrations to C-level stakeholders including CHROs and CFOs.
- Manage proof-of-concept engagements using prospect data to demonstrate measurable impact and value.
- Act as the primary technical authority for RFPs, security reviews, and InfoSec evaluations.
- Develop reusable demo assets, synthetic datasets, and ROI models to increase deal velocity.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate field intelligence and feature gaps into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Enterprise Sales Engineering experience supporting Fortune 500 customers.
- Strong fluency in security and compliance standards including SOC 2, encryption, and AI risk management.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise LLM usage.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences.
- Experience handling sensitive PII and complex enterprise data ecosystems.
