Salary: $120,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive access strategies for pipeline and inline assets to maximize brand value.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to derive meaningful insights on market access stakeholders.
- Create stakeholder personas, strategy maps, and messaging strategies for brand plans and creative briefs.
- Lead new business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Access Marketing offer.
- Develop thought leadership through expert pieces, podcasts, and webinars on market access trends.
- Mentor and coach strategy team members and manage direct reports to facilitate their professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MPH) preferred.
- 7-10 years in market access strategy, including 3-5 years of agency experience.
- Advanced understanding of market access marketing, trends, and research tools.
- Proven success building and launching market access strategies based on clinical data and customer insights.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to use AI platforms to enhance brand strategic needs.
