What you will do

• Own end-to-end integrated, multi-channel planning and present strategic recommendations to VP-level stakeholders.
• Lead forecasting and scenario modeling (CAC, ROAS, revenue) to identify waste and scale growth opportunities.
• Convert complex insights from the Bliss Point App into clear, action-driving narratives for clients.
• Define success measures and partner with Analytics/Econometrics to design measurement approaches like MMM and incrementality.
• Lead new-business pursuits by shaping solutioning, scoping, and value narratives.
• Coach and develop emerging leaders, maintaining a strong talent bench and culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 10+ years of experience in client leadership within performance marketing for enterprise or upper-mid market clients.
• 4+ years of experience in people leadership, including managing both individual contributors and managers.
• Strong cross-channel literacy (Search, Social, Display, TV, Audio, Commerce, CRM) and measurement acumen.
• Ability to translate MMM, incrementality, and forecasting insights into investment decisions.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
