What you will do

• Own end-to-end channel expansion, including research, launch, and iteration of paid and partnership-based channels like affiliates and direct mail.
• Develop the innovative channel roadmap and build strategic cases for future investments.
• Apply core marketing fundamentals to audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
• Pioneer the adoption of AI agents in marketing operations to accelerate testing and automate workflows.
• Design and execute rigorous experiments to interpret results and scale winning growth engines.
• Analyze full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) to provide strategic recommendations for resource allocation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels.
• Based in the United States.
• Strong quantitative analytical ability and experience working with full-funnel metrics.
• Ability to structure complex problems, preferably with a consulting background (MBB or equivalent).
• Experience applying AI tools and agents as a strategic capability to accelerate marketing work.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a strong ownership mentality.
