What you will do
- Partner with the VP of Operations to prioritize and execute high-impact operational opportunities.
- Lead the BizOps function across Customer Experience (CX), Product, and Risk Operations.
- Build and optimize operating cadences, KPI structures, and accountability systems.
- Drive cross-functional projects with Data teams on KPI taxonomy and customer data infrastructure.
- Design and deploy AI workflows and agent-driven processes using Claude.
- Manage a quarterly BizOps roadmap and align senior stakeholders on measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience leading BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or similar functions in a scale-up environment.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI workflows that improve business outcomes.
- Strong data fluency in defining KPIs and interpreting trends to prioritize work.
- Proven ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing strategy with execution.
- Expertise in systems thinking to connect people, process, and tooling into scalable workflows.
- Must be based in New York, NY
