What you will do

  • Partner with the VP of Operations to prioritize and execute high-impact operational opportunities.
  • Lead the BizOps function across Customer Experience (CX), Product, and Risk Operations.
  • Build and optimize operating cadences, KPI structures, and accountability systems.
  • Drive cross-functional projects with Data teams on KPI taxonomy and customer data infrastructure.
  • Design and deploy AI workflows and agent-driven processes using Claude.
  • Manage a quarterly BizOps roadmap and align senior stakeholders on measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience leading BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or similar functions in a scale-up environment.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI workflows that improve business outcomes.
  • Strong data fluency in defining KPIs and interpreting trends to prioritize work.
  • Proven ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing strategy with execution.
  • Expertise in systems thinking to connect people, process, and tooling into scalable workflows.
  • Must be based in New York, NY
