What you will do

• Work directly with the Founder to drive market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
• Build and execute hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
• Support fundraising efforts, including preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
• Establish the company's operational structure, including vendor management and presence.
• Drive external positioning through PR, partnerships, and key relationships.
• Act as a central operator to track priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure execution of ambiguous ideas.

Requirements

• Background in MBB consulting, top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles.
• Strong generalist capability to switch between strategy, hiring, and operations.
• High agency and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong judgment for prioritizing tasks and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Clear and concise communication skills for senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom
