hirify.global is building a proactive AI chat app designed to bring intelligence into daily conversations, errands, and workflows.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive US market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Build and execute initial hiring plans to source, engage, and close high-caliber talent.
  • Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
  • Establish the US presence, including office setup, vendor management, and operating structure.
  • Drive external positioning through PR, partnerships, and key relationship management.
  • Act as a central operator across teams to track priorities and resolve execution bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Background in top-tier consulting (MBB), VC, or high-performance startup operating roles.
  • Strong generalist ability to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution.
  • High agency and ability to solve problems independently in unstructured environments.
  • Strong judgment for prioritizing critical tasks with incomplete information.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Must be based in the United States to support the hybrid work format.
