Salary: $180,000–$240,000 per year base + 15% target bonus + 0.25%–0.60% equity

hirify.global builds an AI-powered voice platform for restaurants that answers calls, takes orders, books reservations, handles guest questions, and integrates with POS and reservation systems.

What you will do

• Own the financial model, annual plan, rolling forecast, long-range planning, cash visibility, burn, runway, and hiring capacity.
• Build scenario models and provide recommendations on growth, pricing, hiring, capital allocation, and company strategy.
• Create a trusted source of truth for ARR, MRR, retention, churn, CAC, payback, gross margin, unit economics, and burn efficiency.
• Oversee the monthly close, accounting, AP, AR, payroll, tax, insurance, revenue recognition, controls, and external finance partners.
• Lead fundraising preparation, financial diligence, data-room management, investor reporting, board materials, cap-table administration, and 409A processes.
• Partner with the CEO and functional leaders while designing the finance technology stack, automating workflows, and building the future finance organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
• Meaningful experience in a venture-backed B2B SaaS or technology company and experience building or upgrading finance functions at Seed through Series B companies.
• Direct experience supporting institutional fundraising or a major financing process, preparing board materials, and communicating with investors.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and deep knowledge of SaaS metrics, financial statements, accounting operations, controls, and cash management.
• Ability to turn incomplete operational data into clear financial insight and move between strategic work and hands-on execution.
• High ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, direct communication, and willingness to challenge assumptions.

Nice to have

• Experience as the first senior finance hire or a desire to develop toward a CFO role.
• Experience with vertical SaaS, restaurant technology, payments, marketplaces, telecommunications, usage-based software, or multi-location businesses.
• Experience improving gross margins in AI- or infrastructure-intensive software businesses.
• Experience with acquisitions, international expansion, or multi-entity operations.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA.
