What you will do

• Develop learning materials across multiple delivery modes, including instructor-led training, vILT, eLearning, videos, and assessments.
• Build and format technical training content using approved templates and standards.
• Create and update presentation decks, facilitator guides, and learner workbooks.
• Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
• Maintain and modernize course materials in alignment with product updates and engineering revisions.
• Publish finalized content to the Docebo Learning Management System.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation.
• Proficiency with training development tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Storyboard, Canva, Vyond, and Camtasia.
• Experience using the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS).
• Sound understanding of adult learning theory and the ADDIE model.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
