What you will do

  • Manage daily facility functions for the Austin office and provide remote operational oversight for the Toronto location.
  • Oversee international logistics and customs to ensure seamless equipment and supply movement across borders.
  • Lead employee onboarding and drive positive office culture through weekly breakfasts and monthly activations.
  • Source, vet, and manage third-party vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and quality control.
  • Manage office-based budgets and act as the central point of contact for North American workplace inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Office Management or Operations.
  • Proven track record of supporting remote sites and managing cross-border logistics.
  • Experience planning and executing both on-site and virtual events.
  • General awareness of US workplace safety regulations.
  • Willingness to travel to Toronto approximately 2–3 times per year.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira Service Management.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools like Coda or Notion.
  • Experience with procurement and travel tools such as Zip, Rydoo, or Navan/Perk.
