Design Administrator (DAM)

Design Administrator (DAM): Administering and optimizing the Aprimo Digital Asset Management platform to support design workflows and asset organization with an accent on system configuration, user governance, and metadata tagging. Focus on managing the asset lifecycle, providing technical support to the design team, and maintaining the historical design archive.

Location: Hybrid (London) — minimum of three days a week in the office

What you will do

• Manage the Aprimo DAM platform, including configuration, maintenance, and user permissions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to internal stakeholders and the Design Team.
• Coordinate with the Aprimo Customer Success Manager to troubleshoot bugs and track system defects.
• Oversee the asset lifecycle from draft to approval, ensuring correct tagging and filing.
• Maintain the historical design archive and document original paper artworks.
• Provide administrative support for NDAs, Letters of Assignment, and monitoring Design team KPIs.

Requirements

• Experience with Aprimo or a similar Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Strong understanding of file organization and digital storage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and creative asset formats.
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and checking work.
• Interest in the design or creative industries.
